1. Pricing
All product prices are clearly listed on our website and include VAT (where applicable), but exclude delivery charges. If the VAT rate changes between the time you place your order and dispatch, we will adjust the VAT rate accordingly—unless full payment has already been made before the change takes effect.
Payment is charged only when your order is dispatched, and you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email. Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
If a payment is overdue, we may apply interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full. You are responsible for both the outstanding balance and any interest accrued.
2. Product Information
Unless otherwise specified, LUKAB LIMITED is not the manufacturer of the items sold. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but:

- Packaging may differ from that shown

We reserve the right to make updates to products to comply with legal standards or to apply minor technical improvements that do not affect core functionality.
3. Order Processing & Delivery
Order Handling:
Orders are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4 PM GMT or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Please allow extra time during busy periods like Christmas or sales.

Shipping options and applicable delivery charges (including VAT) are clearly displayed at checkout on our website.
4. Delay or Non-Performance
If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will inform you promptly and aim to reduce the impact. While we do not provide compensation, you may cancel the order for a full refund if the delay is substantial. Please contact: info@lukab.co.uk.
If a major event prevents us from fulfilling your order, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and refund you in full for any items not received.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Unless free returns were offered, return postage is your responsibility.

Use a tracked delivery service and retain proof of return. We cannot issue refunds for items not received.

- Not yet dispatched: within 14 days of cancellation
- Already dispatched: within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Used, damaged, or incomplete items may be eligible for a partial refund or no refund.
6. Returns Policy

If approved, we will issue a pre-paid return label and keep you informed throughout the process.
7. Warranty
If a product develops a fault within 12 months of delivery (excluding misuse or standard wear and tear), we will repair or replace it. Use our standard returns process.

8. Your Consumer Rights

- A full refund within 30 days for faulty goods

- Fulfilment becomes impossible due to external factors
12. Our Liability
Beqis Limited is not liable for:
- Unforeseeable losses
- Delays or issues caused by external events beyond our control
- Losses preventable by reasonable customer action
- Losses related to commercial use
This does not exclude liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Your statutory rights remain fully protected.
13. Children
We do not sell products to individuals under 18. Anyone under 18 must use our website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
